1. Introduction

DevDexter ("we", "us", or "our") provides custom website and mobile application development services to clients globally, with a focus on performance, security, and scalability. These Terms govern your use of our services.

2. Services

We offer end-to-end digital solutions including web development, mobile app development, blockchain integration, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity services. All deliverables are tailored to your specifications and subject to mutual agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for project execution. Delays caused by incomplete client input may affect timelines and costs.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom-developed code, designs, and assets created specifically for your project are transferred to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party libraries or templates remain under their respective licenses.

5. Payment & Refunds

Payments are due as per the agreed schedule. Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for completed work, but we offer revisions to ensure satisfaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, DevDexter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.

7. Support & Maintenance

Post-launch support is available via email, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Ongoing maintenance plans may be purchased separately.
