DevDexter provides custom website development, mobile application development, digital business platforms, and related technology services for clients worldwide. These Terms govern your access to and use of our services.

Our Services

We offer end-to-end digital solutions including web development, mobile app development, digital menu systems, brand pages, QR-based solutions, custom dashboards, integrations, performance optimization, and security-focused development. All deliverables are based on the agreed project scope.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution. Delays caused by missing content, late feedback, incomplete requirements, or unavailable approvals may affect delivery timelines and project costs.

Intellectual Property

After full payment, custom-developed code, designs, and assets created specifically for your project are transferred to you unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party libraries, templates, plugins, fonts, tools, or frameworks remain subject to their own licenses.

Payment & Refunds

Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Initial deposits are non-refundable because they reserve project time and cover planning work. Completed work is not refundable, but reasonable revisions may be provided based on the approved project scope.

Limitation of Liability

DevDexter is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service related to the claim.

Support & Maintenance

Post-launch support may be provided through email, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Ongoing maintenance, updates, hosting support, security monitoring, and feature improvements may require a separate service plan or agreement.
